Step 5: MTA, sample and data delivery, and invoicing
Upon final approval of your application by the Biobank of Eastern Finland, the material transfer agreement (MTA) will be provided. The MTA is signed by an institute representative, and by principal investigator. This agreement will also include a description of costs. A detailed invoice will be sent after the signing of the MTA.
The samples and data will be prepared for dispatch after the MTA has been signed. The material will be recoded before provided to research projects.
If your request applies to multiple biobanks FINBB can coordinate the MTA contracting process so that you need only one contract.
